What does the free listing include?
Your business name, a description, the suburbs you serve, a licence badge once we have verified you on the PGDB register, and a link to your website. Free listings appear on every suburb and service page you cover. No credit card, no trial clock — free means free.
How do featured listings work?
Featured ($99/mo) puts your business at the top of the page in the suburbs you choose, adds a click-to-call phone button, photos, and a clearly labelled Featured badge. Category Exclusive ($149/mo) goes further: you become the only featured plumber for a given service in a given suburb — one operator per suburb-and-service combination, first come, first served. Featured placement is always labelled as paid; vetting standards are identical for free and paid listings.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time — email us and your featured placement ends at the close of the current billing month. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fee. Your free listing stays live regardless.
How do you verify licences?
We search every tradesperson on the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board public register at pgdb.co.nz before the listing goes live, and we re-check periodically. If you claim Master Plumbers membership, we verify that against the Master Plumbers directory too. No current licence, no listing — paid or not.
